Rehearsal

  • Set up of client décor items beginning at 1:00 pm

                 Signage, pictures, decorative pieces, candles, table numbers

                 Seating chart, dessert display

  • Manage timeline with bridal party & vendors

  • Line up bridal party & family for processional

  • Cue ceremony with DJ, Officiant & Photographer

  • Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss & garter toss

  • Break down of client décor items into designated vehicle
